Q: What is a straddle stacker?
The straddle stacker is operated with one person standing behind it, operating it as if it were a simple pallet jack. This allows for one or more pallets to be easily moved in a tight space where a forklift simply would not be able to fit.
Q: What is a straddle leg forklift?
These outriggers, widely known as straddle legs, extend from the front of the machine to prevent it from tipping forward while lifting a load. This, in turn, substantially reduces the amount of clearance required to operate these units, making them an ideal fit for narrow aisle applications.

Both Fixed Straddle and Adjustable Straddle stackers can be used with any type of pallet or skid – including pallets with closed bottoms. Fork-Over stackers have legs that sit directly under the forks. They can only be used with open bottom pallets or skids.
